Need a quick recipe for dinner?

If you're in a rush around dinnertime, I bet you're thinking that there's no way to make a healthy dinner in less than 30 minutes. The video below provides instruction about how to make a quality shrimp scampi with linguine. By sauteing a few shrimp and boiling a pot of water for pasta, you will have a meal in 25 minutes.   1. Great post Emily! Sometimes it's hard to make dinner in time, especially because we are all so busy with sports and school! It is sometimes easier to have something less healthy in such a short time, but you showed us a great way to have a healthy energizing meal in a short amount of time! Great job! My favorite quick dinner is probably corn and chicken. What is yours? Keep up the good work on your blog!
