Anything in moderation is okay for you. If you do eat dessert, make sure you only have small portions. What is your favorite dessert? I love cookies and brownies!

Examples:
Cookies: only have 1 or 2!

Brownies: just 1...maybe 2 ;)

Ice Cream: don't eat right out of the container, or you won't be able to stop. Put a couple of scoops in a bowl.
